Opposition leader Aslan Bzhaniya said he personally handed over the demand for resignation to the President of Abkhazia, Raul Khajimba, TASS reported.
He told reporters that they would get an answer soon.
Talks took place at the state cottage, where the president is now. According to a TASS correspondent, Bzhania has already returned to his supporters. The talks lasted a little less than an hour.
