YEREVAN. – The Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia today upheld the first-instance court ruling of deeming admissible the applying of bail as a pretrial measure for Ara Vardanyan, former Executive Director of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund, and denied the prosecutor's appeal.
