The attorney of Artur Torosyan, who broke into Erebuni Plaza hotel in Yerevan and fired gunshots, has appealed to the Criminal Court of Appeal to commute his client’s pre-trial measure. This is what Torosyan’s attorney Eduard Aghajanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am today.

The attorney said Torosyan doesn’t find himself guilty. A forensic psychiatric expert examination has been designated.

The attorney reported that he is allowed to visit his client and that he would appeal to the Court of Cassation, if the Criminal Court of Appeal denies his appeal.
