YEREVAN. - Representatives of the Armenian Embassy in Belarus visited in hospital Samvel Sahakyan, Armenian citizen injured in the Minsk blast.  

He will be discharged in several days, Tigran Balayan, spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry told Armenian News-NEWS.am. During the blast Sahakyan was in the carriage and was later taken to one of the Minsk hospitals.

Earlier it was mistakenly reported there was another Armenian citizen affected by the Minsk blast. Later it was revealed the woman, Margarita Slobodyan, is a citizen of Belarus. She is recovering as well.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, a blast hit Oktyabrskaya subway station in Minsk during evening rush hour on April 11. Five suspects were arrested.
