Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia Lilia Shushanyan today received representatives of Moody’s Investors Service.

During the meeting, the deputy minister and the representatives discussed issues related to Armenia’s economic development and the participation of the mining industry in economic development and touched upon the operation of certain companies.

At the request of the organization’s representatives, Shushanyan presented the implemented reforms and stated that the primary objective of the government for the coming years will be to balance the issues related to effective management of resources, ensuring of a predictable environment for manufacturers and management of environmental risks.

The representatives of Moody’s expressed gratitude for a comprehensive presentation of the current situation in the sector and touched upon other issues of common interest.
