A tragic and mysterious incident took place on March 9, in Aragatsotn Province of Armenia.

At about 8:30am, police received a call from a medical center that doctors were called to a house in Melik village where they had found a child's dead body in the cradle.

Police and investigators found out that this child was 7-month-old Anna K., whose parents told law enforcement that they had found the child dead in the cradle at about 7:30am, shamshyan.com reported.

According to the forensic doctor's initial report, no traces of violence were found on the body.

A report is being prepared at the investigation department.

A forensic examination has been appointed.
