YEREVAN. - The 28-year-old man, who is arrested along the lines of the criminal case into beating a woman to death in Gyumri, has denied the charges against him and refuses to testify. Arevik Khachatryan, Head of Public Relations Division of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, told about this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

This man has been charged with intentionally causing serious harm to the health of two or more persons, and negligently causing death of the victim.

On March 5, this man in Gyumri severely beat a 13-year-old girl and her mother, the latter died while the girl suffered severe injuries and was taken to a hospital in Yerevan.
