Turkey will not admit the Armenian Genocide during the next few years, Aram Safaryan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia parliamentary group, told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“The struggle is intensifying, and our clear aim is that the Turkish public admit the Armenian Genocide and, at least, apologize. The world’s leading mass media have begun their work today with programs on the Armenian Genocide, which we could not even imagine just 15 years ago. In the last 13 years, many countries have recognized the Armenian Genocide and condemned it,” Safaryan said.

“It is going to be a very hard struggle, but, as time passes, we will have more and more supporters both throughout the world and inside Turkey,” Safaryan said.
