Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will meet in Moscow, October 13. The meeting will be held following the Russian-U.S. negotiations on new agreement elaboration to replace the Treaty on Strategic Offensive Reductions (SORT) in Geneva, September 21-October 3.
Talks’ results will be reported by two ministries in the course of forthcoming October 13 meeting in Moscow.
