The number of COVID-19 cases in Egypt has exceeded 35 thousand people, RIA Novosti reported referring to the health ministry.

And 1,365 COVID-19 new cases were recorded in the past day with 34 people died.

The total number of COVID-19 patients in Egypt is 35,444 people, while 9,375 people have recovered, and 1,271 people died.

Curfew continues to operate in Egypt, while cinemas and other entertainment venues, cafes, and restaurants remain closed working only in delivery mode.
