According to preliminary information, the driver Artur Simonyan lost control over Vaz 21 and hit a tree on Artashat-Hovtashen road, near Khachpar village. He died at the scene.
The vehicle was transferred to the impound lot of police, photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. Criminal proceedings were initiated.
