A plane crashed in Pakistan last month because of a human error, BBC reported referring to an initial report.
The passenger plane crashed into a residential area in Karachi last month, after trying to land at Jinnah International Airport. A total of 97 people have died as a result of the crash, and only two passengers have survived.
According to Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan, the pilot and air traffic control failed to follow protocol.
Khan also added that the pilots were distracted while talking about the COVID-19.
