Ten more Georgian soldiers in Afghanistan have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total number to 38, News-Georgia reported referring to the Defense Ministry.

On July 10, 28 soldiers were transferred to Georgia for treatment, with ten people today.

According to the StopCov government website, Georgia has reported 1,010 COIVD-19 cases. Another 41 Georgian citizens with COVID-19 were delivered for treatment from abroad. A total of 885 patients have already recovered, and 15 died.

By this time, 5,640 people are quarantined, and 244 people are in hospitals.
