The National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia received a report Monday that a person was trying to commit suicide by jumping off the Victory Bridge in Yerevan.
It turned out that two persons were actually trying to commit suicide on the bridge.
But Alen Simonyan, vice speaker of the National Assembly, prevented these persons from attempting to commit suicide.
