The National Center for Crisis Management of Armenia received a report Monday that a road accident with ensuing fire had occurred at an intersection in Gyumri.
It was found out that a car had hit the curbs, then trees, and then turned over and caught fire.
The fire was extinguished.
The rescuers who were dispatched to the scene found the dead body of the driver (Misha M., born in 1996) outside the car and carried it to a waiting ambulance.
