YEREVAN. - The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Robert Bradtke (U.S.) and Bernard Fassier (France) will arrive in Yerevan on June 9, Tigran Balayan, press officer of Armenia’s Foreign Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Within the framework of the visit the co-chairs will meet with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

Prior to visit to Yerevan, the mediators will arrive in Azerbaijan. A visit to Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is also scheduled.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, the meeting between Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Kazan is scheduled for June 25.

Presidents of Russia, France and Armenia issued a joint statement on Nagorno-Karabakh within the framework of G8 Summit, on May 26.

“We call upon the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan to demonstrate their political will by finalizing the Basic Principles during their upcoming summit in June.  Further delay would only call into question the commitment of the sides to reach an agreement,” they said in a statement.
