Armenian envoy to Council of Europe assures Armenian authorities have restored the rights of A1+ TV channel, permanent Armenian representative in Council of Europe Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told Armenain News-NEWS.am, commenting upon the decision of Council of Europe Ministerial Committee. The recent session of Council of Europe Ministerial Committee discussed on the issue of implementation process of European Court resolution on A1+ case by Armenia. The Committee of Ministers, relying on Armenian Governmental report, concluded that Armenian side has fulfilled the decision of European Court on A1+ founder, Meltex LLC’s part. According to Mnatsakanyan fulfillment of the Court’s resolution is rather a long process and in this respect, two years have already passed. He said that the resolution refers to restoration of rights, that is to situation associated with tenders, rather than results.
