YEREVAN.- The Armenian activists offer to invite world famous writer, Nobel Prize winner Gabriel Garcia Marquez to Armenia in 2012 – a year when Yerevan is named world book capital by UNESCO.  In their letter addressed to the Ministry of Culture members of "Invite Marquez to Armenia” initiative noted that over 2,500 people expressed willingness to see the famous writer in Armenia. Besides, authors of the letter promise to draft visit’s agenda and participate in organization of the events.
