Anna Danibekyan, the presiding judge in the trial of the criminal case against Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and several other former senior officials, on Wednesday denied the defense’s motion for her self-recusal.
The decision cannot be appealed.
The next court hearing on the aforesaid criminal case is slated for February 9.
