China has reported nine COVID-19 cases in a day, bringing the total number to 89,772, China's National Health Commission reported.
Out of nine new confirmed cases, eight are imported and one is local, identified in Hebei province.
A total of 84,499 people have already recovered, 637 patients are in hospitals, and 4,636 people have died.
