A 33-year-old Armenian citizen permanently residing in Spain was killed in Sselky village, Russia.
The man had a drink with his friends on June 12 around 5:00 p.m, when a conflict broke out and one of them fired at him from a gun and fled the location. A 41-year-old resident of the village has been put on the wanted list.
Criminal proceedings were instituted.
