YEREVAN. – The Armenian delegation refused to participate in the first session of a sub-committee on Nagorno-Karabakh held on Monday at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, MP Naira Zohrabyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“We are absolutely not interested in the participants and the issues discussed during the session,” she said adding that the Armenian delegation refused to participate due to its position.

Zohrabyan stressed that existence of such sub-committee endangers the negotiation process on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.
