YEREVAN. – Children left without parental care and homeless old people will get small apartments in 2011. The government included the issue offered by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in June 30 agenda. This is the largest social aid since 2003. According to the ministry release, 35-40 orphanage graduates and 10-15 children, left without parental care, face with apartment problems every year. If the government approves the project, 250 orphanage graduates, 111 children left without parental care and 160 old people will get apartments.
