YEREVAN. - Baze Club of Youth Foundation of Armenia initiated a round table discussion on the Factors Influencing Youth’s Professional Orientation on Thursday.

Director of Youth Professional Orientation Center Haykuhi Gevorgyan voiced the findings of Armenia’s national youth report, stating that 75.5 percent of Armenian youth sit at home and does not look for employment, while 56 percent of working youth are not employed in their specialty i.e. the youth make a huge investment in education but cannot sustain themselves after graduation.

‘‘The child must get to understand what the choice of profession means as early as in primary school,” marked Haykuhi Gevorgyan.
