Six people were killed in the crash of a small private plane that crashed on Saturday in the northern Italian city of San Donato Milanese, an ambulance spokesman told reporters, RIA Novosti reported.

According to the information of the RaiNews24 news channel, received from the scene of the emergency, the plane fell on a building that is being repaired, no one lived in it.

On board the plane, which flew from Milan to Sardinia, there were a pilot and five passengers.

Firefighters urgently arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire that occurred at the crash site. Several cars, which were parked in front of the building, also caught fire.
