STEPANAKERT.- Ambassador-at-large of Nagorno-Karabakh President Karen Baburyan passed away on Friday morning.
He had a heart attack on his way from Yerevan to Stepanakert, spokesperson for NKR President David Babayan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
He was taken to the hospital but doctors were not able to help him.
