YEREVAN. – Unibank reduced annual percents of UNI-EXPRESS and UNI-MICRO loan types for mini business by 1-2 percent, the bank PR department informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Annual interest rates of UNI-EXPRESS are 19-22 percent for AMD, 17-20 percent for U.S. dollars and 16-19 percent for Euros. Interest rates of UNI-MICRO are 18-21 percent for AMD, 17-20 percent for U.S. dollars and 16-19 percent for Euros.

Loans are provided for up to 48 months period to product, trade or service entrepreneurs that have registered more than three months activity.

UNI-EXPRESS demands no bail, while UNI-MICRO liquidation bail value may reach up to 50 percent of the loan. Business loans increased by almost 1.5 times during the first six months of 2011.
