Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has won another compensation lawsuit filed against his opponents.
During the hearings lawyers said female MP from Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party Gulten Kisanak insulted Premier by her statements as of May 31, 2011. Lawyers demanded compensation amounting to 10,000 liras, Zaman newspaper reports.
The court sustained the claim ordering Kisanak to pay part-compensation of 6,000 liras (about $ 4,000).
