Microsoft is likely to launch its own social-networking site. A landing page was discovered on Thursday, PC Magazine reports.

Most likely service will be called “Tulalip” - the name of an Indian tribe in a state where Microsoft office is located.

Presently Socl.com where “Tulalip” was previously replaced posted the following message: “Thanks for stopping by. Socl.com is an internal design project from a team in Microsoft Research which was mistakenly published to the web. We didn’t mean to, honest.”
