YEREVAN. – Armenian National Congress (ANC) will go for dialogue with coalition working group on Monday with five members, ANC press secretary Arman Musinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. ANC delegation group consists of ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan, central office representative Davit Shahnazaryan, economic committee member Vahagn Khachatryan, secretary of Armenian Democratic Party Felix Khachatryan, deputy chairman of Armenian National Movement Samvel Abrahamyan.
Coalition parties formed a working group with two members representing each party for the dialogue with ANC, Armenian President press secretary Armen Arzumanyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am on July 9.
Ruling coalition working group includes MPs Davit Harutyunyan, Gagik Minasyan from Republican party, Naira Zohrabyan, Vardan Bostanjyan from Prosperous party, Mher Shahgeldyan, Khachik Harutyunyan from Orinats Yerkir party.
“As ANC has never before offered authorities to dialogue, the current statement speaks that authorities initiated to launch political discussions with us, thus formed a working group,” ANC replied on July 17 in response to the authorities’ statement.
On this connection ANC representatives are ready to meet and speak, though authorities could choose more neutral place for the meeting. Besides, ANC will keep this format of meeting with coalition as main format of ANC-authorities negotiations,” the ANC statement reads.
