YEREVAN. - As of July 15, 533 people were released under the amnesty, proposed by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and approved by the Armenian parliament on May 26 on the occasion of Republic Day celebration in Armenia.
Sentences of 283 prisoners were reduced.
