YEREVAN. – The aim of the dialogue with Armenian National Congress is not to come into agreement on every issue, Armenian MP, member of ruling coalition working group on dialogue with opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) David Harutyunyan told the journalists.

“We should understand causes of each issue and find possible solutions for it. Dialogue is not run through ultimatums. Both sides stated there are no taboos and they are open to discussions. Moreover, they expect effective discussions,” Harutyunyan added.

MP also emphasized that one of the issues that authority puts is the establishment of mutually acceptable rules of political competition. Creation of political environment is one of the main issues no matter the upcoming elections are snap or successive. There are issues that are not resolved by law but through agreements and open statement, said David Harutyunyan. Moreover, other political powers can also join the process.
