In 2021, 11 gas explosions were recorded in Armenia. As a result, 2 people died and 11 were injured, said the head of the Crisis Department of the Armenian Emergency Situations Ministry Arsen Mkrtchyan.
Meanwhile, in 2020, according to him, 9 cases were recorded.
“Then 3 people died and 2 people were injured. Basically, these are explosions in apartments and houses. There was also a case of an explosion of a vehicle and a gas station,” Mkrtchyan said.
