A masked armed robbery took place on February 5 in Shirak Province of Armenia, shamshyan.com reported.
At around 3:35on that day, the police received a call informing that an attack had taken place on a gas station in Gyumri.
The head of the shift at this gas station told the police and investigators that at around 3am, he had noticed two masked men near the gas station, then gone to the rest room, after which one of these masked men had entered the room behind him, fired at the floor with a rifle, and demanded money from him.
The aforesaid gas station employee had told this armed masked man that the money was in the cash register, gone out a few minutes later, and then noticed that these masked men had left the scene. Then he found out that about 150,000 drams (approx. US$309) had been stolen from the cash register.
