An unusual incident occurred Tuesday in Ararat Province of Armenia, shamshyan.com reported.

At around 12:05pm, the 911 hotline received a call informing that there was a dead body in the Sevjur River, which passes from under the Hrazdan Bridge on the Masis-Ranchpar motorway.

The rescuers who arrived at the scene used an inflatable boat and ropes to take out this body from under the pillars of the aforesaid bridge.

According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic doctor, no traces of violence were found on the body during the external examination, but the body was half-decomposed.

Measures are being taken to find out the identity of the deceased.

Materials are being prepared on the incident.

A number of forensic examinations have been ordered.
