BERD. – Two Armenian servicemen were injured on Tuesday as a result of shots by Azerbaijani side in the direction of Berd city of Tavush region.

The two injured are contract-based servicemen Karen Gusakyan, 35, and Manvel Vanesyan, 24, press secretary of Armenian MOD Davit Karapetyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“They were in military bases in Tavush region when Azerbaijani side shot. As a result of shots, the wreckage of concrete wall fell and injured them lightly,” Karapetyan told.

Earlier MOD press secretary stated that violation of ceasefire regime has increased from Azerbaijani side.
