YEREVAN. – The Armenian police disclosed new details on an incident in a public minibus in Yerevan on August 10.
It became clear one of the passengers carried sulfuric acid, which spilled out unnoticeably. As a result the driver S. Hovhannisyan, passengers Hamlet Vardanyan, 55, Irina Nazaryan, 55, Gohar Aslanyan, 54, Gevorg Elaryan, 34 and Armen Ohanyan, 26 were taken to hospital with chemical burns, the press service of Armenian Police infirmed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to witnesses, a fire broke out in the minibus. Two passengers were discharged from hospital after receiving treatment. Health state of three injured is esteemed as mid grave.
