YEREVAN. – The department of state interests’ protection of the Armenian Prosecutor General’s office instigated a criminal case for stealing large amount of money.

Investigation revealed that former accountant general of one of the projects implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture stole large amount of money during the eight months of last year, press service of Prosecutors’ office told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Criminal case is instigated according to the Armenian Criminal Code. The materials of the case have been sent to Armenian police investigating department.
