BAKU. – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not participate in the summit of CIS heads of states in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on September 2-3, Azerbaijani mass media reports referring to the head of the foreign affairs department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Novruz Mamedov.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade will attend the summit.
