YEREVAN. - The air temperature in Armenia dropped by 1-3 degrees due to north-western cold air currents.
“Currently Armenia is influenced by the Black Sea cyclone. Intermittent rains and thunderstorm is expected in many regions of Armenia,” the representative of Armenia’s State Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Service Gagik Surenyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. According to him, thunderstorms will be accompanied by winds up to 20 m /sec. “Rains, thunderstorm and winds up to 15 m/sec are also expected in Ararat Valley and Yerevan,” noted.
