YEREVAN. - MP from Prosperous Armenia party, businessman Ruben Gevorgyan, more widely known under nickname Tsaghik Rubo (Flower-Rubo) intends to secure a parliamentary seat both for himself and his daughter Anahit Gevorgyan in next parliament, wrote Hraparak newspaper on Thursday.

According to the source, the “caring father will go for major expense to achieve his goal.” He is intended to sell a market in Yerevan Davidashen district for the sake of his daughter.

In 131-seat Parliament of Armenia, following the elections of 2007 the Republican Party has 65 seats, Prosperous Armenia – 25 seats, ARFD - 16 seats, Rule of Law - 8 seats and opposition Heritage party - 7 seats.
