The state budget deficit in Armenia will increase and make 3.1% of GDP in 2023 due to increase of capital expenses, said Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Martyn Galstyan on Wednesday.

The fiscal policy will be neutral, contributing, among other things, to reduce the debt burden by 1 percentage point. "It will be about 49.7%," Galstyan noted.
