U.S. President Joe Biden used a detailed "cheat sheet" at the G20 summit in Bali that instructed him where to sit, speak and pose for pictures, NYP reported.

On Tuesday, the 79-year-old commander-in-chief was attending an event on the Global Infrastructure and Investment Partnership when he was photographed flipping through pages of notes.

The memo gave Biden step-by-step instructions on what to do during the meeting, and the president was referred to as "YOU" in bold red print.

"YOU, (Indonesian) President Widodo, and (Japanese) Prime Minister Kishida will take a photo directly before the event start," one paragraph read.  Additional instructions read, "YOU will sit at the centre" and "YOU will deliver opening remarks (5 minutes)." The notes also reminded Biden, "YOUwill close the event alongside YOUR co-hosts." At the top and bottom of the page, the unidentified author of the notes printed in bold type a reminder to Biden to turn the page for his opening statement.

This is not the first time Biden has been caught t using a "cheat sheet" during public appearances.

During a June meeting with wind energy executives, Biden inadvertently showed a comically detailed document that suggested the president "enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants."

In July 2021, Biden inadvertently showed a note from a staffer alerting him to something on his chin.

Biden's frequent and well-documented use of the note cards has led to speculation that he has cognitive decline.

Biden, who turns 80 on Sunday, said during a recent interview that it was perfectly legitimate for voters to wonder if someone his age could run for a second term in the White House, but he urged people to judge for themselves whether he was healthy and physically and mentally fit for the job.
