The pilot program for e-queue system is being introduced at Karlen Yessayan polyclinic in Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district now, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Gevorg Simonyan said at the session of Yerevan Council of Elders on Tuesday.
He added that the program will be completed within one month.
"After that, within a few months this system will be adapted in other polyclinics as well," the official noted.
