YEREVAN. – Armenian MPs managed to register for the hearings, opening the fall session of the Parliament, only from the second attempt.
Half of the MPs were not registered from the first attempt. Only the second was successful.
After the hearing opened, the computer system broke down once again and certain equipment malfunctioned. MP from ARF Dashnaktsutyun Armen Rustamyan could not switch on the microphone to deliver a speech.
