YEREVAN.- It is unclear why the Armenian Heritage Party comments on the dialogue between ruling coalition and opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) not being a participant of talks, said Armenian Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.

Talking to journalists on Tuesday, Abrahamyan expressed satisfaction with the fact that the Heritage will join work of the parliament. “We are pleased that our colleagues had made the decision,” he added.

The party suspended its participation in plenary sessions of the Armenian National Assembly in February.  The move came after ruling Republican Party, Prosperous Armenia and Orinats Yerkir signed a new coalition agreement deciding to support incumbent president’s candidacy during the 2013 elections.
