YEREVAN.- Either Armenia’s opposition, or the ruling party should first reach consensus among their members to discuss the issues in the political arena, said head of the Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan.
“There are serious contradictions within the ruling Republican Party, just as within the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC). Those who disagreed with ANC’s policy have left the Congress,” he told journalists on Friday.
