Permanent representatives of Armenia and Honduras to the UN Garen Nazarian and Mary Flores signed on Friday a joint statement on establishing diplomatic relations between the states.

During the meeting following the ceremony the sides discussed opportunities for development of bilateral relations, Armenian foreign office’s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

They stressed that Armenia and Honduras have necessary prerequisites for cooperation in the fields of education, culture and in the sphere of tourism.
