Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to South Ossetia President Eduard Kokoity, on the occasion of South Ossetia’s Republic Day. The Message specifically reads:

“On behalf of the people and authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, and on my own behalf, I wholeheartedly congratulate you and entire people of South Ossetia, in connection with a significant event: Republic Day. South Ossetia has accomplished many things throughout its years of independence. It was able to surmount the grave consequences of war, attain international recognition, and stay on the path to continuous development.        

I am confident that brotherly South Ossetia will have a brilliant future. The unbending will, unfailing patriotism, and invaluable knowhow in state-building are its promising foundations. We are truly happy for your success.”
