YEREVAN.- Armenia’s capital is getting ready for a military parade.
By 10 am, equipment and personnel participating in the parade have focused in the areas adjacent to the Republic Square. The first to enter the square is the combined orchestra. Then the columns of the military parade began to move towards the Republic Square, and also took their places.
Military units and subdivisions took their places at the square. The commander of the parade - Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov inspected the personnel.
Thousands of Armenian citizens, compatriots from Nagorno-Karabakh and the Diaspora, foreign visitors came to watch this solemn event. The parade will be aired live on Armenia’s Public TV
